Summer apartment w/swimming pool nearby the beach

Costa Teguise is a very pleasant town to live in, quiet, sunny and perfect for enjoying your holidays. I recently renovated my apartment in a beach and wood style. I put all my heart into it and I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do. You can see a bit of the sea from the terrace. The beach is 500m away. There are two Pools for swimming and sunbathing. Equipped with internet fibre. Living close to the sea I am very concerned about our environment; I have reduced the use of plastic.

It is an accommodation with three rooms: bedroom, kitchen-living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Entrance totally independent from the main house. It also has a private garden with comfortable seating to the outdoors. The apartment is very bright. It is located in a very quiet area of Costa Teguise. There is always parking available. You can walk to different beaches in 15 minutes and to the center where you will find restaurants, supermarkets, ... It is a beautiful area of trails.

Villa Luna is situated by the coast in the centre of the island, the perfect gateway to go visit Lanzarote.

Calm & exclusive apartment by the beach

The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.

Moderno, luminoso y tranquilo para 2 personas. Céntrico pero en una zona tranquila (zona de Playa Bastian), en un complejo con 2 piscinas, una de ellas a solo unos pasos del apartamento, un jardín muy cuidado y a solo 5 minutos andando de la playa y del paseo marítimo. El apartamento consta de un dormitorio, un baño moderno con ducha italiana, un salón amplio y luminoso con un ventanal grande , una cocina abierta y una terraza con mesa y banco.
