Its location near the beach and all amenities, located in one of the best non-tourist areas of Lanzarote, and at the same time in a strategic point of the island to visit it, makes it an incomparable refuge. The apartment is located in the Playa Honda area, between Arrecife and Puerto del Carmen. The environment invites tranquility and relaxation, to enjoy long walks or bike rides along the beach and its surroundings. A two-minute walk to the beach and Playa Honda promenade. A five-minute walk from a nice shopping mall with a supermarket, shops, pharmacy, cafes, and a movie theater. Parking is available on the street and generally at the apartment door. Non-tourist area where you can mix with locals and local restaurants.
