Welcome to Verena, our charming and completely renovated flat is located in a typical Tyrolean house, a few hundred meters from the town centre of San Cassiano, Alta Badia, just in the heart of the Dolomites and only 1km from the cable cars that will take you to the Sella Ronda ski area and only 40 min drive from Cortina. We are at the ideal starting point for your hikes and walks in the mountains, but we are also close to many sporting activities (climbing, biking, snowshoeing, skiing,...).

We are in the central square of San Cassiano - Alta Badia, a stunning area in the Dolomites. A stone’s throw from meadows, woods, ski lifts and ski slopes (2 min), and the most beautiful walks in the region! The apartment is on the second floor of Ciasa Franz - La Vita è Bella. Below, you’ll find Da La Vedla bar and pizzeria, cozy bars for aperitifs, excellent restaurants, and a small shopping center with a supermarket, pharmacy, and useful shops. Free private parking is available onsite.

A-Frame Cabin

The A-Frame Cabins can accommodate a maximum of two people and are situated in a quiet location on the campsite. This accommodation is made of larch and pine wood and consists of a double bed made of solid wood, under which there is a space for storing clothes and belongings. Bed linen is provided. It is equipped with heating and electrical outlets. The small porch outside is lit by LEDs. Parking space approx. 100m away. Free Wi-Fi. Hairdryer available at the reception on request.

Apartment La Villa

The house is located in the centre of the village of La Villa in Alta Badia, on the main road, near the ski lifts (Gardenaccia 3 minutes and Piz La Villa 10 minutes) and near the main hiking trails. The apartment, recently renovated, is on the first floor and the rooms enjoy a beautiful view of the Dolomites. Fully equipped to spend a pleasant holiday in every season, in the heart of the World Heritage Site.

Maria 1936 is a historic barn which has been beautifully restored into a special place to stay in the heart of the Dolomites. It is surrounded by amazing scenery and has a magnificent view of Mount Pelmo. In the spring, summer & autumn it has great hiking right from the front door. In the winter it is well positioned for the famous Dolomite Super Ski area, offering hundreds of kilometres of skiing.

The bedroom (with double bed) is cosy and spacious; however, if you should need extra sleeping, the comfortable sofa bed is ready for two more people in the living room!
