House with very neat decoration inspired by Guérandaise salt huts, close to the beaches and in the immediate vicinity of the port of Pouliguen, its market and shops. It can accommodate up to 6 vacationers with full respect for the premises. House with 3 bedrooms, 1 shower room, toilet, living room with balcony, 1 living room, 1 well-equipped kitchen. The alley is very quiet. House completely surrounded by a south-facing enclosed garden with trees and flowers

A 10-minute walk to the magnificent Bretesche Castle and its beautiful 18-hole golf course. Small feature of the accommodation, the second bedroom(2 beds 1 place) is accessible by the 1st bedroom, by a contiguous door. This can be a plus for the safety of young children.

Bright and comfortable, recently renovated with elegant decor, it has all the comforts.
