In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

Ideal for families: heated pool (from april till october) aviaries, donkeys, horse and chickens on the estate. The beaches of the North East and the Downtown area are accessible on foot or by bike, for your enjoyment. The house "Les Sardines" is carefully decorated and consists of a large, very bright living room, with fitted and equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The south-facing garden, with trees, terrace, deckchair and barbecue will delight you.

The Workshop

Small house renovated and enlarged in 2018 located halfway between the port and the Côte Sauvage (Port Lin Beach 500 m away). Warm layout with terrace and garden, sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon. Two bedrooms: the first (140 x 190 bed) and the second with 2 x 80 x 190 convertible into a double bed) a single bed can be added. As residents next to this house, we can easily help you by responding to your requests for information during your stay.

Small vacation home with lots of character built in 2014 on a pleasant wooded plot 300 m from the beach and 400 m from the village with all amenities. Functional and easy to live in on sunny days, comfortable and warm in the off season, we furnished it in the spirit of a 1960s seaside resort. An ideal place to recharge your batteries but also visit the Guérandaise Peninsula, the Brière, the Gulf of Morbihan or Belle-Ile-en-Mer (from La Turballe).
