La Cana Casa – A wild setting with sea views

The pretty "Canadienne", very comfortable, is on the front line facing south towards the ocean. It is a wild and quiet place by the sea, on a plot of 2200 m2 planted with hundred-year-old pines overlooking the sea between Sainte-Marguerite-de-Pornichet and the village of Saint-Marc-sur-Mer (La Baule and Saint-Nazaire 10 minutes away). Whether in the living room, kitchen, shower or at the bottom of your bed, you will see the sea! A private staircase will take you to a pretty cove with very few people.

The Farm of the Manoir de Kercassier Guérande

Relax in this unique and tranquil space. Both close to the city (Guérande intramuros 5 min away) and all shops but quiet in nature. You can enjoy a large private garden, the large park with its pond, its diverse wild fauna and flora. Go on a seaside getaway easily, which is less than 8km away, for a walk, a swim. At the edge of the house passes a GR as well as the bike path allowing you to reach the beaches by bike.

We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .
