The wooden terrace is equipped with sun loungers, umbrella, teak table. The garden with fruit trees is completely enclosed and not overlooked. The lapping of the water in the goldfish pond contributes to the serenity of the garden. Beds are made upon arrival.

The central location of this house favors "everything on foot" (beaches, marina, market, shops, multisport field...). The saltwater pool (9 X 3) is heated from April to October and is just for you!
