Maison de village entièrement rénovée d'une superficie de 50 m2, totalement indépendante Le logement est situé dans le centre de Couchey, village viticole de la Côte de Nuits, sur la route des vins. L'appartement est à proximité immédiate des vignes avec de multiples balades possibles. Pour les amateurs de vins, de nombreux viticulteurs sont à proximité avec possibilité de dégustations et "descentes de cave". La ville de Dijon se situe à 10 minutes en voiture, transports en commun possible.

A l'étage, chambre climatisée, ventilateur, literie de qualité (140*200), espace douche ouvert. Espace réservé à l'extérieur (mobilier de jardin d'avril à octobre). Deux ventilateurs (en saison d'été)

Linge de maison fourni (draps, serviettes de toilette, ...). Cette ferme ancienne, rénovée en gardant les attributs d'une ferme du 19e siècle, a le confort du 20e siècle. Un garage est attenant.

Welcome to our charming apartment, which we’re proud to say has a four-star award from the Departmental Tourist Board. It's in an historic buidling, inside the ramparts in the very heart of Beaune, but in a quiet side-street. It features a salon/dining room, an independent, fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and separate bathroom. Bright and sunny with high-beamed ceilings, a stone staircase and marble corridor, it also features a lovely glass 'verrière' overlooking an interior courtyard.
