Holiday rentals with a patio in Cottonwood Heights

Nanou was an exceptional host from start to finish. The unit is easy to access, clean, and has everything needed for a short or long stay. Nanou responded quickly to all messages throughout our stay and was very sweet in checking in when she noticed we hadn't been there for a couple of days (we booked for 3 weeks but took a few days away, leaving some of our things there while we were away). The location is great - close to a main road but without any noise. We will definitely stay here again.

I wish I could give Holly 10 stars. She’s a great host. She helped me with a reservation quirky problem and was so friendly and helpful. Her place is so comfortable. She has a great bed and linens as well as very comfortable furniture. All the little details really put Holly over the top. She has lots of spices in the kitchen. Her tea choices are amazing. She had bath salts available in the bathroom. Holly has thought of everything. We felt right at home and I really enjoyed all my communications with Holly. I look forward to returning in the future. The community is close to a mall, restaurants, and a grocery store. It was a very quiet location. Thank you, Holly!

Most positive Airbnb rental in several years. Adam and Landon responded swiftly to a very minor issue at check in and resolved it quickly and very graciously. Most responsive host interaction I’ve ever had. The neighborhood is very walkable, with any kind of dining you could ask for and close proximity to plenty of things to do. I went to a grocery store, comedy club, movie theater, and saw a concert without having to walk more than 5-10 minutes. Bus and train stops are in the same block, and very easy to use. The building is very secure, and the apartment was very comfortable. Has a fully equipped kitchen and in-unit laundry, which I appreciate. Highly recommend this host and this property.

What can I not say about this place. First off, the location is amazing. Very peaceful area considering it being right off the highway! Gas station is across the street and there’s amazing breakfast spots less than a mile away. The house was amazing. Very clean, the central heat was amazing for the 30 degree Salt Lake Weather! I will absolutely stay here again. Thank you for making my home away from home, perfect!

My stay was great! Anthony was very quick to answer my questions that the location was perfect for my concert at the complex, it was nice to not have to walk very far or wait for a ride! It was very clean and in a great location to walk to local businesses!

Jake was super responsive!! Place was perfect for the four of us - definitely could have held more . Great tv for relaxing after skiing !! Super close to the resorts would so stay there next year !! Highly recommend it just don’t book it when I want to go 😜😂

Very big house! It was 3 stories (so yes, lots of stairs!) with 3 different decks and a huge backyard with plenty of room! It was easy to find and access. The hosts were amazing!

Rolando was a great host! He was very responsive and his place was just as expected! I’m always apprehensive about a new place but Rolando’s place was in a great, newer, safe neighborhood, the house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. He provides the necessities and a beautiful space! We would definitely return in the future and suggest his place to friends going to the area!

My stay at the Ms Judy and Mr Nickson quiet corner was absolutely fantastic, thanks to the Nickson’s whom went above and beyond to make my experience truly unforgettable. From the moment I stepped into the apartment, I knew I was in for a treat. The space was meticulously maintained, with every amenity fully stocked and at my disposal. The apartment's proximity to top-notch shopping destinations like Target, Burlington, and Walmart was a huge plus, making it an ideal choice for anyone looking to indulge in some retail therapy. But what truly set this Airbnb apart was the host's attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. From the thoughtful welcome basket to the fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, and sparkling clean bathrooms, every aspect of the apartment was carefully considered to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. I found the photos for this rental intriguing and was so pleased that the actual backyard and interior were even better than the photos. So many beautiful and private spots in the backyard, complete with a koi pond and the relaxing sound of a waterfall. The outdoor lighting made the yard magical at night. The interior was comfortable, very clean, and designed in a very pleasing way. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the deck off the master bedroom was such a nice touch. Both Eddy and Sausha were experts at communication. The location was within walking distance to the Handle Bar, a very popular eating spot. I thought that the original homes in the area added charm to the neighborhood even though some were in obvious need of repair. Unfortunately some investor thought it was a great idea to add modern apartment buildings to the street without regard to maintaining the charm. We would consider staying at this rental again.

Christie’s place was clean, comfortable and felt safe! Would definitely recommend staying here if you visit salt lake! Very close to the city, parking was easy, and it had everything we needed to rest up before the rest of our trip!

I flew in for a conference at the Salt Palace for a few days and the location and price with parking for a rental car made it substantially more affordable than renting a hotel room.

We enjoyed a memorable vacation, thanks to the perfect location of the condo, giving us easy, short daily access to Brighton, Solitude, and Snowbird ski resorts. The hot tub was a nice option after long days on the slopes. The condo was exceptionally clean and had the essentials needed for homecooking....a home away from home.

We loved staying in this townhouse. We use to live in the same area and we felt right back at home. The townhouse was in a great location, well kept and so spacious for our family! They made everything so simple from checking in, parking, and providing all the basics. Would highly reccomend!
