This unique place has a very special style. Art Nouveau villa built in 1912 with a large terrace 20 m2 and garden is located on the raised ground floor, a large apartment 80 m2 with everything your heart desires. We take care of the ambience. Close to the center and yet very quiet. A church nearby, but you can't hear it inside, it doesn't ring after midnight. The apartment is very nice, large ,clean, bright and newly furnished. The studio is located directly at the Spalentor to the city center. The house is 5 minutes walking distance from the city center. Also in walking distance you can reach the stop of the airport bus and the direct bus to the train station SBB (3 stops). For car drivers we can provide a garage box 10 francs (night) The cozy, quiet and high quality guest studio (40m2) is located in the basement of a newly built apartment house.

Enjoy stylish accommodation in a private building in the heart of Delémont's old town. This apartment, completely tastefully renovated in 2023, is ideally located. In addition, it is fully equipped and has parking spaces right in front of the building as well as a closed parking lot 100 m away. Note that the only bathroom/toilet is in the master bedroom, perfect for a small family.

At the end of this street of about twenty village farms is a duplex attic, called LA BORBIATTE. Séprais has no bakery, no grocery store, no restaurant but you will find all this in Boécourt (2.5 km, 25 minutes' walk).
