Upon reservation, it offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service, as well as boat-renting and limousine taxi boats.

The bend is crossed by a promenade that runs along the entire coast of Dervio for several kilometers and can be covered on foot or by bicycle.

Il Nido is a structure made entirely of natural wood, 20 square meters, designed specifically for 2 people and equipped with all comforts. It is perched on the rock, with a small solarium garden, and to live a unique experience, it also has an outdoor jacuzzi tub with water that you will have to heat with the special wood stove, NOT AVAILABLE HOWEVER FROM 12 JANUARY TO 10 FEBRUARY. From every corner you have a wonderful view of Lake Como and the mountains that surround it.

Como Lakehouse with Big Views, Garden, Gym & Sauna

We built Casa Clio in 2023 to be the perfect Lake Como vacation home. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 big bathrooms, a dedicated office space, two terraces, a garden, and gym with a sauna in the basement. If you like sunrises, we recommended taking your sunglasses to bed, as it comes right into the master bedroom. (If you like it darker, all the rooms come with electric shutters for total black out). It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Lake.

Cremia on Lake Como is a small village, about 40 km from Lugano and 40 km from Como, ideal for those who like hiking, cycling, various excursions and water sports. Our new, spacious apartment can accommodate 4-5 people and is managed by Elisa and Alex, who speak Italian, English and French. Nearby there are restaurants, a shop, a playground, a soccer field and an approx. 7 km long lakeside path. Experience the Dolce far niente in Cremia!

Welcome to our villa near Lake Como, nestled in the charming city of Valbrona, celebrated for biking, climbing, hiking and much more. Our apartment has a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains. The apartment features a spacious 70-square-meter private terrace overlooking the lake. Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).
