Simona’s place was perfect for us! We wanted to be able to walk and explore, and always had great food and coffee options within a few minutes. The flat was clean and well air-conditioned, which saved us from the heat. Wonderful stay!

Very clean and well-stocked apartment. Host Elisa is also very available to give directions to nearby destinations (Sirmione, Salò, Brescia, etc.). Quiet place away from the chaos of the city. Recommended stay also for those who plan to spend a day at the QC thermal baths (about 10 minutes by car).

Alessandra is a great host! I made the reservation a few hours before entering the house, for an unexpected circumstance and the house was completely clean and tidy, ready to be used. The courtyard is special, we still appreciated the neighborhood. The area is a little special, but well connected to the center and some clubs in Lodi.

Simonetta's place is really beautiful, a little favor in the heart of Parma. Everything is perfect to enjoy a relaxing stay, fully enjoying the beauty of this beautiful city. The historic center with its beautiful monuments is a short walk from the house and everything can be reached quickly. Simonetta was extremely kind and helpful and gave us a lot of useful information to make our stay even more special. Highly recommended!!!

We were guests at this wonderful property for 15 days but we immediately felt at home. The accommodation was beyond all our expectations, extremely clean and super equipped: very clean linens and sheets, linen change, duvet, quilt, everything was perfect. Large refrigerator, fully functioning washing machine (the host even made us find pods); variety of detergents and everything you need for the kitchen and cleaning. Mrs. Gabriella was a really helpful host and very attentive to our needs. We highly recommend "Elena's house" to all those who love to feel at home in an extremely clean and welcoming place.

Very clean and very big apartment perfect for 4 or even 6 people I guess. Perfect location right down the street is the center of the city there is a good bar for good cappuccino.

Ursula has always made us feel welcome. There was the offer to walk straight into the larger apartment upon arrival. Ursula gave us a super delicious book on the table and read our wishes all from the eyes. Ursula is a superb host and gave us a very nice vacation. Thank you Ursula!

We enjoyed 2 weeks in the apartment. Polpenazze is a quiet village, but within 10 minutes by car you are in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The apartment was on a very nice and neatly maintained resort. The pool was lovely and also super maintained. The apartment itself was spacious enough for the three of us and when we arrived sparkling clean. The view from the balcony is really wonderful! You look out over Lake Garda and the mountains. In short, it is recommended!!

Federica's apartment is beautiful! Spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated. Another important feature in my opinion is that there was a garage and not all holiday apartments have them. Federica was very kind and helpful...the pool overlooking the beautiful lake! I hope to be back!

We really enjoyed staying at this place with our two young children (2 years and 3 months). We had taken the travel beds for the kids and there was enough room in the room for the four of us. The pool is great because there are two pools and one is shallower for children. The location is convenient because the lake is within walking distance and there is the port to take the boat for an excursion. The accommodation is very well equipped and products (crockery, laundry, coffee, etc.) are generously provided. Everything was as described and shown in photos. Anna Laura is responsive and caring.

We had a very nice and relaxing vacation at Carla's! The apartment is well equipped, everything very clean, good Wi-Fi, nice furnishings and cozy beds. She welcomed us very nicely on the day of arrival and gave us a small tour of the house. Also recommendations for nice spots in the area, such as bakeries and co. Check-out was straightforward. We would book this apartment again!
