Beppe and Betty are great hosts. The apartment is perfect for families with children as it has a garden and covered outdoor spaces. It is located in the countryside, about 15 minutes drive from the southern side of Lake Garda. We were 4 adults, 2 small kids and 2 toddlers and the apartment was perfect for our needs: three bedrooms (two double rooms and a room with a bunk bed). We spent a great weekend and even if it rained we had a great time also thanks to the ping pong table and the hospitality of Beppe&Betty that made us feel at home.

The stay in the apartment couldn't have been better. Everything was perfect and thanks to the bikes you can move around the area like a local mas. Masssimo was an excellent host both for his kindness and his recommendations.

Great host with great tips for delicious local wine, the best beaches and local markets. Also at his recommendation, we could rent a boat super cheaply. Directly on Lake Garda, this would have been twice as expensive. We will definitely rent an apartment again!

Jari’s place was great. We stayed here for the Cremona karting circuit. Located in a quiet area Private car parking space. The apartment was very spacious with everything you could need. The bedrooms were lovely with an open plan living/dining area. Jari helped make recommendations for dinner and was very responsive if we had a question. We would stay here again!

A beautiful and quiet apartment in the countryside, nature right outside the front door. The kitchen is simple but sufficient. It has everything you need. Many cats and dogs live on the property, which should be taken into account if you bring your own animals. The access roads are partly paved, but partly gravel roads. So not for a lowered car. There is no need for an off-road vehicle. If you drive carefully and slowly, you can easily get to the destination. The landlords are very nice. We felt like we were among friends. If we are back in the area, we will definitely try to stay here again.

Close to all historic places of interest

Highly recommended! Pia was always available to recommend us and very quick to respond. The house is a jewel, brand new, very clean and equipped with all the comforts both inside and outside the house (not to be underestimated the outdoor living room which is a real plus). Pia made us find a perfect welcome kit, water and something for breakfast. The location is optimal and there are both free and paid parking nearby. Great experience, to do again as soon as possible

Beautiful apartment, comfortable and spacious. Too bad we didn't have time to take advantage of the terrace and garden! The parking spot inside the courtyard is priceless. The neighbors are a little noisy, or maybe the thin walls, but apart from some strange noise at night, they didn't bother us. There is no wi-fi, my son would have appreciated it, but it is clearly indicated in the description that it is not available, so absolutely no problem!

Elena's house is simply fantastic. A modern farmhouse with all the comforts in a Wow valley in the Tuscan Emilian Apennines. My partner and her family spent the Christmas holidays here, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Comfortable house, a delightful countryside with incredible peace and a breathtaking view. Elena was always present and super helpful in every question or need, and gave our family a moment that we will take for many years.

Positive experience, the centrally located accommodation allows you to easily walk to activities in the center of Crema. Convenient parking space inside the courtyard. Comfortable and sufficiently equipped house. We highly recommend taking advantage of it.

Lovely house. Much nicer in real life than in pictures. Nice to have a garden/terrace and pool for relaxing. Quiet location. A few nice restaurants 10 min walk. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the house.

We stayed for three days in this house along with our dachshunds. The house is very spacious, bright and comfortable. Upon our arrival we found all kinds of welcome gifts and all the information necessary for the use of the house. It is also well equipped for long stays and is independent and reserved. The host is very kind and very helpful, prompt in responding. We had a really good time and we will gladly return. Recommended for those who like to stay surrounded by nature but a few minutes from Grazano Visconti and the city. The place is immersed in the fields with a spectacular view.

Massimo and Simone were both super helpful and great to communicate with. Massimo lives in the other unit within the property and would occasionally walk by and check on us. He even proactively suggested and coordinated for us the rental of a boat from the Padenghe Harbor for a half-day excursion of the lake which ended up being the highlight of the trip. Location and view are stunning with plenty of space for dining outside on the beautiful terrace or on the patio where we had a great BBQ. The way it’s setup with 2 independent kitchens on the 2 levels makes it ideal for a multifamily trip as well. 100% would recommend

We felt welcome at Loretta's from the start. She personally welcomed us and showed us the most important things. The apartment was extremely clean and very well equipped. It is located a little off the old town of Sirmione, which did not bother us. But the area is quiet and restaurants, bars, supermarkets or a gelateria are still within walking distance. For children, there are great playgrounds nearby. From the apartment you can easily make excursions to other cities (e.g. Garda, Bardolino, Lazise, Verona, Venice). Loretta was very helpful and answered many questions. She gave us great tips for activities, restaurants, cafes, parking, etc. A travel bed and high chair were provided for our little daughter.

We really enjoyed staying at this place with our two young children (2 years and 3 months). We had taken the travel beds for the kids and there was enough room in the room for the four of us. The pool is great because there are two pools and one is shallower for children. The location is convenient because the lake is within walking distance and there is the port to take the boat for an excursion. The accommodation is very well equipped and products (crockery, laundry, coffee, etc.) are generously provided. Everything was as described and shown in photos. Anna Laura is responsive and caring.

The good! - location - easy parking - apartment was comfortable - firm mattresses - well equipped kitchen (Stove was a new experience. Depress the 'start button until lights come on, then depress button for burner, then tap on + or - on button to desired temp.) The challenging - carrying bags up to higher level apartment - the Swedish Ladder to the second floor to bathroom and bedrooms is a bit precarious... we were there with 7 and 6 year old grandkids and were worried they might fall coming down...there is a gate at top so nobody comes down by mistake....however the descent is a bit steep, narrow and slippery...no socks! we had them call before coming down and supervised them....it is very high and a fall would be bad news.... not a problem for fit adults or older kids to maneuver Overall a pleasant stay and well worth it!!

This apartment is absolutely recommended! Fully furnished, beautiful apartment with terrace on the east side. The description and pictures are completely accurate. A 5-minute walk from the lake. Close to Desenzano center, with plenty of terraces and restaurants. Rivoltella is also a 15-minute walk away. Conad supermarket opposite the complex. Rosaria was a great host, who answered questions right away, and also forwarded tips for the region. At one end of the stay, she surprised us with a nice attention. Thanks Rosaria, for a next stay in Desenzano we will definitely come back here!

The stay in this one-bedroom apartment was really nice! The location is great, a short walk from downtown but in a quiet and peaceful area. The apartment is clean, well furnished and very welcoming and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. In addition, a nice balcony great for relaxing. The hosts were very kind and always available, making the stay even more enjoyable. I absolutely recommend this place and hope to be back soon!
