Jungle Love Room, the house is owned by an artist so there are unique items all throughout room and house. Close to several restaurants and bars. No need to drive unless you want to explore the area. Walking distance to beach and Intracoastal Waterway. Boating (boat ramp located at end of street), fishing, surfing, sunbathing, relaxing, or visiting old downtown St Augustine, we have it all. Third floor direct ocean front condo! Be on beach in 1 min w/gated private boardwalk! Kitchenette seats 4. 1 bedroom w/queen bed, 1 full bath & great room w/queen sleeper sofa. Heated pool, showers for pets & people, grilling off pool, laundry & ice centers. Ideal location, 1/2 mile south of 206 bridge. Leashed pets are allowed on the beach. (We charge a $50 pet fee separately. We will request this after your reservation is made.) 15 mins to downtown.
