We have transformed this hundred years old, newly renovated house into a comfortable mountain backdrop for ourselves and our guests. The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.

Late Gothic house from 1519

The late Gothic house from 1519 is the oldest, preserved residential building in the Untermhaus district & was very elaborately restored & renovated in 4 years. The former building ruin has become a small gem. Particular emphasis was placed on the expansion with ecological building materials, such as clay & lime, clay colors. Many old historical components were reinstalled. During the dismantling work, another hand-painted approx. 500-year-old plank ceiling was discovered.

Cozy vacation home in the middle of the Thuringian Highlands. On a hill with great views of the Ziegenrück forests. Large kitchen-living room (equipped with dishwasher, ovens, fridge, freezer) with dining area with plenty of space. Living room with TV. Large bathroom. Beautiful house direct on the lake "Eibenstock" in the UNESCO World Heritage Erzgebirge. Completely furnished with a huge kitchen including all you need for cooking. A living room with a fantastic view over the mountains & the lake. The bath has a shower, bathtub, WC & bidet. The house has a big terrace and a garden with a lawn. It´s an ideal start for walking, bicycle or skiing tours in the beautiful Ore Mountains.

"Haus An den Eiben" Patio Specksteinofen parks

The small house furnished in a cozy and rustic style is located in Flöha, at the foot of the Erzgebirge-15 minutes drive from Chemnitz - the cultural town of '25. It is tucked away in a beautiful mezzanine and ivy-covered property yet close to the sights of the surrounding places. A soapstone oven for winter as well as a small terrace in summer bring you into the deserved feel-good mode. There is space for 3 people.

Colorful chaos in the countryside I

Small chaotic cozy vacation home. Ideal for 2 to 3 persons. It's peaceful and calm here. You can follow the sun on 3 terraces or take long walks through the adjacent forests. There is a small dam nearby for swimming and a leisure pool or the Muldenwehr in Hartenstein. The actual village, shopping and train station are about 1 km away. Larger cities such as Zwickau, Schneeberg and Aue can be reached quickly by car.
