Designed as a 2-story duplex with separate entrances, decks, A/C and sound proofing, the Airbnb is the 1000 sq ft 1st floor. The 2nd floor is for the owners who travel frequently and is never rented. If present they're usually invisible. EV charging available.

The downstairs area features a custom bar with seating, large family picnic table and an outdoor shower. There is also a grill and fish cleaning station. Provide both satellite TV and WiFi. A place with a view and plenty of room. When you hear RV you think of cramped quarters with people right next to you. That is not Camp Peachy. With a mid deck at 16' and a observation deck at 30' above ground level you get a gulf breeze all the time. Watch ships entering and leaving Galveston. App. 350 yds. to the beach. Inside there is a queen bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed and 2 bunk beds in the bunk room. There is also a fun outdoor shower and a covered cooking area.
