We absolutely loved this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, had three bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and the addition of the washer/dryer was really useful. The apartment felt very modern and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic with restaurants, shops and parks all a short walk away. This will definitely be our go-to apartment whenever we visit Mexico City!

We had such a nice stay here. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and located in an amazing neighborhood. We left the windows open and enjoyed the sound of the fountains outside, and live music from the street performers. Loved that there were yoga mats, a nice blender, an electric kettle, hot water that always worked in the shower and the tub, and plenty of light through the windows. We are back home now and miss having a balcony to sit on overlooking the trees! Also, Guillermo was a fantastic host! Everything about our arrival and departure was smooth and easy, and he was available to help us with questions and special requests without any issue. Our friend accidentally left behind some clothing, and Guillermo quickly handled the matter, and mailed it to her in the states. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a spacious apartment in Condesa

Gerardo and his wife are very nice. They were very flexible with my checkout time, allowing me to leave the apartment late, without asking for anything in return. The apartment was clean and fully furnished. It has all the necessary that someone would need to have a nice stay on a short or long term. I would rent from Gerardo again is I come to Mexico city.

This is the second time I stayed in the place and I really like it. It is a very quiet place which is very connected and accessible. Also I like it to be a ground floor. Would definitely come back again.

This was a great find! Comfortable beds & cool vibe. This place is super convenient & located in a wonderful part of the city. Very unique layout with an upstairs patio area--great for morning coffee or late-night drinks. Just be aware that another apartment is very close (due to the unique layout) and may not be completely private when everyone is "home". Host is responsive and helpful. Overall, great expereince! Highly recommend.

This is the fourth faculty-led trip for gradiuate art students I have run, and we have stayed at Francisco's house each time. The house is lovely, and great for medium to large groups. Convenient to Chapultepec Park and its museums, it has been a perfect base from which to explore Mexico City.

Great location, walking distance to many places. We loved Mezcaleria Necios, and the smoothie place around the corner for the kids, Ricardo is easy to communicate with and fast to respond. Ricardo let us leave our bags early when we arrived early to Condesa, which was very helpful. Great for a big family to all stay together.

This house is really comfortable and you feel in your own house from day one. Extremely complete and quiet. Thank you so much!

excellent house with a barbecue and firepit very Agusto to enjoy the incredible view. the house has many stairs complicating the rise of food purchases and things in general. lacks some railings and there is a section under construction, but overall the house is very nice.

Our stay at Kyra's went very well. Kyra is very responsive and always available to help. We were able to enjoy the neighborhood which is very safe and where it's good to walk. All amenities are within walking distance, metro, shopping mall, supermarket, ... If we have to come back to Mexico City one day, then we'll be happy to come back to this address.

Everything was excellent, the location, the place and the communication with the host.

Alec was very responsive. Great communication and very accommodating. The location was perfect and easy to get to. So many great restaurants and cafes all within a few blocks. Very walkable to everything. I was able to work remote with no issues with the Internet or connectivity. I will most definitely be back.

Excellent service, attention and location

Gaby is an excellent host, she is always attentive. The Airbnb is excellent if several friends travel, the space is very well used. I left my airpods in bed and they were returned to me 💕Thank you very much, I hope to return soon.

The place is comfortable, it's in a good location, you can hear some noise from the roof and outside but it's bearable. Vladimir is very friendly and attentive. Recommended.
