The property is a villa placed in a little valley on a plot of about one hectar. The accommodation is superbly located on a panoramic valley floor overlooking the gentle hills all around. The house is an old stone mansion leaned against a big wall of rock. It is made up of three different stone buildings connected by a little courtyard and dating back to the 18th century. La casa rurale è situata in un terreno di 3 ettari, a pochi passi dal Santuario campestre di San Mauro e a circa 400 metri dal parco archeologico di "Biru e concas" con i famosi menhirs del 3.300 ac. La località, ricca di prati, boschi e vigneti, é l'ideale per godersi la natura e l'archeologia, anche con visite guidate, la cucina tradizionale accompagnata dagli ottimi vini locali.

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.
