We offer a bright, very spacious, cozy and fully furnished attic apartment. The very large balcony (about 3 x 7 m) with a western orientation has a high leisure and recreational value, especially in the evening. Our house is idyllically located on the outskirts of a well-kept Lübbener suburb. Lübben as a gateway to the Ober- and Unterspreewald is an excellent starting point for excursions to both regions. The Gurken cycling path leads directly past the house. As hosts, we are at your disposal with tips.

The construction corresponds to a small bungalow (28 sqm). There is free public parking in the area, and there are 2 e-charging stations in front of the studio. Direct parking location, about 180 m to the shore. The studio is thoroughly cleaned after every visit, the surfaces disinfected. Check in/out via key box.

For your stay, we offer a spacious 1-room apartment with kitchen and shower room on the first floor + a tiny 1-room 'refuge' with hallway/toilet/ and mini-kitchen in a house over a hundred years old. The non-smoking house is individually furnished and lovingly and meticulously renovated. You will stay in a spacious one-bedroom ground floor apartment with kitchen, shower bath, plus an additional refuge - an extra tiny one-bedroom ground floor flat with kitchenette and toilet.

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

In the spa and recreational resort Lübben (Spreewald), your spacious, private accommodation is located 3km from the centre of Lübben! The apartment is carefully maintained and kept clean by us. A relaxing night's sleep is guaranteed in the cozy king-size bed with ambilight. In addition, a pull-out sofa bed and a single bed can accommodate up to 5 people, if it can be adventurous. In the historic village street is our shared 4-sided courtyard. The apartment is located in the eastern former stable building and has been lovingly renovated and equipped. It consists of an open living, dining and sleeping area with a small shower room and terrace to the courtyard. The kitchen has a fridge with freezer, stove with oven and dishwasher. Feel free to ask about the use of our tent sauna with wood stove and icy plunge barrel in the garden.

Enjoy your time off at this peaceful and centrally-located private place. The apartment is located in the heart of Lübbenau's old town. Within walking distance of the central harbor, where boat rides, gastronomy, boat rentals and shopping await you. The modern, newly renovated apartment is accessible through a separate entrance. A shed offers space for your bikes. Four-legged friends are welcome. Tourist tax of €2 per person/night is due on site
