Idyllic lakeside

Our cozy, large, bright apartment is ideal for 1 - 3 guests looking for a relaxing break. At the same time, it is a great starting point for excursions into the beautiful surroundings and to interesting destinations. Even in autumn and winter! The lake is just a few minutes down the mountain. Here you can take the ferry to Meersburg - and the island of Mainau is also not far away. A beautiful long riverside path or the free, direct bus (about 10 minutes) leads to the old town.

My apartment is located in the small, idyllic village of Ittendorf, very quiet in a cul-de-sac and is ideal to recover from the stress of everyday life. It is a small place with 750 inhabitants, surrounded by orchards. It is part of a detached house and is located in the basement. The apartment has a separate access with a small sunny breakfast terrace. A free parking space right outside the door ensures a convenient arrival and departure. .

The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. Dear holiday guest, The apartment is 100 square meters and is equipped with a very bright and spacious living room, two bedrooms with double beds, the larger one has an extra bed, a modern kitchen and a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Living and sleeping rooms as well as the hallway are designed with natural wood floors. The renovated apartment is about a 2-minute walk from the historic city center of Meersburg.
