Monthly Rentals in Dansville

This getaway is 3 unit home nestled in the rural small town vibe that is Williamston. It was only 8 minutes away from the main town but it felt like it was its own little world tucked away from the busy world. Everything you see in the listing itself is accurate, so shout out to Rachel for being an amazing host. One thing people will forget is that rural Michigan relies on well water! I definitely did and was reminded when I turned on the shower. It is a colder home, so bring hoodies and fuzzy socks to wear. The host did leave a space heater and extra blankets which were appreciated. If booking the 3rd unit/retreat, make sure to bring disposable plates and cups. The air fryer, microwave, coffee machine and mini fridge were perfect for night time easy quick frozen meals. During day time, we went to town— they have Hungry Howies, Little Caesars, McDonalds, Starbucks and all the chain joints in town. Can’t wait to come back to this place!

Awesome place. Right in downtown Mason so everything was accessible with a nice walk. The place is very clean and very well taken care of. I absolutely loved staying here.

Our month-long stay in this unit was a great experience for us! Deborah was excellent at responding to any questions we had before and during our stay. She also went above and beyond in helping us get set up for working remotely while we were there. The unit looks just like the photos. It was very clean, the kitchen well stocked, and the furniture was comfortable. We loved having access to the laundry room just a flight down. No issues with noisy neighbors and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Grocery shopping, Target and several restaurant options are just a short drive away. We look forward to staying in one of Deborah’s units again on our next trip to Lansing!

Visited in the coldest part of winter - January - but we were fine after a little practice with the heater settings. If you come in winter a pair of warm slippers will be helpful. Close to much of the action in East Lansing.
