Small Paradise above the Walensee

Guests have a separate apartment with their own kitchen, bath and living room but they share the same entrance to the house with the owner. All the surroundings of the house can be used by the guests. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric stove, cooking utilities (inclusive herbs, vinegar and oil) cutlery and tableware. Food needs to be brought by the guests. The nearest store is a 30min drive away. A Fondue-Set is available upon request. There is also a Nespresso machine inclusive capsuls and an open fire place right next to the house. The main bedroom includes a double bed (1.40m) and there is another separate room with a single bed, inclusive bedding. The bathroom comes with towels, shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer.

The estate. Second home in the middle of the village and the forest

In the middle of the village, a few hundred meters from the Liliomkert market, bordered by forest and stream, is our cozy little estate. Large common space downstairs, 4 bedrooms upstairs, fireplace, garden, fireplace, covered pergola, scents and bird chirping await in all quantities. The nearest beach is 6 km away. The cottage has a beautiful living area and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a fireplace. It is extremely charming, the perfect place to enjoy the mountain. Outside there is a beautiful courtyard with an outdoor terrace and lounge area for guests, a barbecue. A lovely stream runs through the property. There is also a playground for children, 2 hammocks, a swing and a relaxation area for adults - heated jacuzzi (which is paid extra upon request). It is the perfect place for a great vacation.

One week before arrival you will be asked to provide a guest's ID, along with the payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the group) and the accommodation tax.
