"Casa del campo" in Semione - 250 sqm with sauna

Historic house from 1669, renovated in 1977 and renovated again in 2017. It is located in the lower part of Semione, in direct contact with the countryside. It is part of a small rural nucleus surrounded by fields, orchards and vineyards 300 meters from the river. It is divided into two apartments with separate entrances: one of about 200 square meters and another of about 40 square meters with a sauna. The two apartments are connected by an internal staircase that allows you to have the entire house.

Our house in the woods is a traditional masonry building that was renovated in spring 2019. An oasis of peace and tranquillity surrounded by nature, ideal for families or couples seeking relaxation and romantic intimacy. View of the Valchiavenna mountains, with extensive lawns for garden use. Cycle path a few metres away, option of numerous excursions, 10 minutes from Chiavenna, 30 minutes from Lake Como and the Valchiavenna ski area.

A few km from Livigno, Bormio and St. Moritz, which can also be reached by the Unesco World Heritage Bernina Red Train. In the recently renovated detached house with old charm but modern furnishings, you can feel comfortable at any time of the year. The pool offers the possibility to refresh yourself in warmer months. In winter, you are only 30 minutes away from two different ski resorts and the fireplace provides cozy warmth in the dining area and living room. In spring and autumn you can go hiking in the nearby mountains.

Hostel to the little gorge

In springtime 2016 we bought that 300 year old house and renovated it until the end of the year. It's one of the oldest houses in Sufers. It's a great pleasure to us to be able to offer you now the new furnished 3-rooms apartment. Our house is right at the river bank of a rushin mountain stream. On one side of the house you feel like beeing somewhere in nature, on the other side you are in the village.
