Studio newly built in 2022 (approx. 35 m², ground floor). The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

Dating back to 1470, this wonderful chalet has so much charm and character. In 'Casa Felice' you will find quiet and calm. The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. Take it easy at this cozy getaway. It is very cozy and has everything you need. A well-equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, coffee maker (Nespresso capsule), dishwasher and ceramic stove. Also provided for our youngest guests are children's toys, a highchair, stair gate and crib. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk from the house. By car, you can reach the middle station of the Flumserberg cable cars or the beautiful Walensee in 2 minutes

The Apartment is located near Silvaplanasee and it is only a few minutes' walk to the lake and a famous spot for Kite Surfing! Our apartment is centrally located yet wonderfully quiet and is the perfect base for many activities. In a few minutes you can walk to the swimming pool, the sports center with tennis court, playground, Zwergenweg, a small supermarket and the bus stop is right around the corner. (5 minutes by bus to the train station and the Gotschnabahn valley station)
