Holiday rentals with lake access in Davos

We had a really great stay at the property. The lake is within 10 minutes walking distance and is perfect for cooling off. The only drawback was the mosquitoes this year, so we couldn't open the windows at night to cool down so well. Flight gates would have been helpful. Otherwise great place to stay with a very cozy terrace. Rosemarie is a very nice and helpful gesturer!

We had a very nice time at the Flumserberg and in the house. Ideal for skiing and other activities. The house was very well equipped and cozy. Communication with Martin was very straightforward. The street can definitely be heard, but quite well hidden if you are behind the house in the sun:)

We had rented the cabin with two families with toddlers for a week and got our money's worth. The cottage has everything our heart desires and also the nearby restaurant was in particular a large playground every day with a large playground. Only the separate settlement of the final cleaning and the energy flat rate were surprised by us, since it was uncommon for Airbnb. Nevertheless, 5 stars in all, as we were able to fully enjoy the week. We will be happy to come back!

The house is beautifully located in a chalet settlement below the ski slope. The area is very quiet and quiet. We enjoyed our holidays in your house very much and we loved the spacious living space. We were wonderfully looked after and spoiled with a great welcome. Thank you for everything!

The apartment was unique, cozy and beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked and the concierge staff were wonderful. That said, the place lacked the sense that it had been prepared for guests in a personal way as it might be if you were working directly with an owner - no coffee, no bathroom amenities except for small bars of soap. Very bare and minimalist in that respect. We were given a set of instructions about keeping noise to a minimum and not doing laundry or taking showers after 10:00PM and told to remove all bedding prior to our departure. I've stayed in more than 20 Airbnbs to date and these guidelines seem atypical. We very much enjoyed the stay though and the location was central to all that we wanted to see in the area. Thank you!

Roland's flat in Rapperswil was excellent for our extended stay. Everything in the kitchen was well stocked. The flat appeared to have recently been redone; everything was clean and new. The rooms were spacious and had a remarkably wonderful view of the old town and the castle. The location is excellent with close access to the train station and grocery stores, including the banhof coop which is open on Sundays. Unlike many AirBnb's across Europe, the flat had air conditioning and access to an elevator/lift. The flat is on the 3rd floor (4th floor for Americans) and the elevator was a huge help with our infant's buggy/stroller. We stayed during the Euro football tournament, and there was a lot of street noise with fans honking car horns every night. The A/C helped here as we could easily close the windows (which cut out the great majority of noise) but still keep cool. Lastly, Roland was an excellent host, promptly responding to messages. A+, highly recommended to anyone.

Wonderful apartment in a tranquille Alpine village. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean and probably with the most well equipped kitchen I've experienced during my many years as AirBnB guests. Overall - the apartment was _very_ generously equipped (not only the kitchen) in a way few apartments are. You'll have virtually everything you need, and more. Lots of space inside, seating areas, sofas etc and a breathtaking view over the village and the surrounding Alps. The ski lift is a very short walk away, and since there was not snow in the village we walked to the lift. Not a problem at all, it's super close. There's a small but very well equipped grocery store literally 3 min walk from the apartment.  The hosts were enormously helpful and generous. There was a bottle of delicious Prosecco and a handwritten letter waiting for us. Such a nice gesture - we felt instantly at home.  I'm giving this apartment my sincerest recommendations! Wonderful house, recently renovated and cared for in every detail (in the kitchen there is just about everything). The owners also left us something for breakfast and dinner, much appreciated

We were a small family and had a wonderful stay! Everything was absolutely perfect and Tamara was probably the best host we have ever had! Highly recommend and we will likely be back!

I stayed in Avril's Studio for the month of February whilst waiting for long term accomodation, and it has been such an incredibly lovely month. Avril and Rudolf were extremely welcoming, helpful and kind and the studio itself was perfectly suited for me and my partner, having everything I needed to live comfortably. It's nice and private yet if I needed any advice, Avril was just upstairs. The studio is only a short walk to both the bus stop, the village center and the lake, and the location is very quiet and extremely picturesque. Thankyou Avril and Rudolf for making the start of my Switzerland life so fantastic. Liam

Perfect accommodation with toddler (Brio train, picture books and much more), ideal for a short jump on the lopie (2 min walking distance), Volg for groceries in the immediate vicinity. 100% recommended.
