You will have a toilet area with shower and toilet, a separate heating area without sink: microwave, mini-oven, fridge, and in summer an electric barbecue.

Apartment close to the shops of the city centre, less than 3 minutes' walk, free parking in the avenue. 4th floor with lift, apartment completely renovated with quality materials, quiet residence. Balcony with courtyard view, gardens, breakfast bread butter jam honey orange juice hot drinks, bed linen, toilet included. A double bed (140/190 cm). parking space closed 3 minutes walk in supp €3/day I am available to suggest places to see on site.

Studio Seignosse Océan (beach and shops within walking distance)

Cosy and functional studio, completely renovated, with heating for a stay even in winter. It has a sofa bed for two people and a mezzanine bed (child). Facing west, the apartment overlooks a green space and, in the distance, the dunes. ⚠️ From 7 September, work will take place in the residence. Due to the possible noise disturbances and the inability to use the balcony, a 25% discount is applied for the duration of the work.
