Wanna go to the beach but yet you want to go to the parks? Well then I have the best location for you. Next to Historic downtown Sanford with tons of restaurants and bars and not far from Quaint little DeLand. Also, right around the corner from Sunrail. Nice brand new studio apartment fully equipped.
“This place is such a gem. It was our first AirBnb stay and I will say this - the bar has been set incredibly high due to how awesome Tammy’s place is. Her and Steve are wonderful hosts that will do their utmost to make sure you have everything and are comfortable. The location is incredibly quiet, comfortable, and not too far out from amenities like food, grocery store, etc.. The decor is very home-like - making it easy to get comfortable and relax. Shower and bathroom are very functional with good water pressure and temperature. Lots of detail has been put into things like shampoo, conditioner, soaps, lotion, etc. and it’s not cheap stuff either. Kitchen is well appointed and the fridge is a good size for an extended stay. Anyhow - I could go on and on, but hopefully you get the point. Stay here and you won’t regret it. We actually loved it so much that we extended our stay. Sunrise in the morning is also very nice!”
Set on a three acre wooded property is this unique Mediterranean style villa. You'll feel like your in another place, as the villa, the property and the grounds are exquisitely beautiful. Its very easy to see wildlife such as wild turkey, deer, Sandhill cranes, around the property and there many places to roam and explore. The villa itself is wrapped around a center courtyard with stoned waterfall style saltwater pool as the focal point.
“This is a fun space. We found the grill and pool just outside the suite convenient and enjoyable. It's important to know the suite is a tight space, but the big, beautiful bathroom helps with the comfort. We brought our own utensils and were able to prep our meals by the grill, with the microfridge large enough to hold enough food for a two day stay. Scott was accessible and kind--and we enjoyed strolling down to the lake with the goats. Thanks Scott!”
The apartment is very private located at the back of our living area. There are 2 -Smoking and vaping areas outside “NO INDOOR SMOKING/ VAPING” Plenty parking in front of apartment. We also have an additional area for trailers, boats, RV’s and such available. Kitchen has a coffee, tea etc center. Bathroom is stocked . We are “Pet Friendly”. Fur baby safety please obey the leash laws and no “Off Leash” dogs. 25 miles To Daytona, 5 minutes from Blue Springs State Park
“It was just a perfect stay! Kathy is a very welcoming and dedicated host! The accommodation is worth every cent! Anything you could ever need is already there: Starting from fully equipped kitchen up to laundry facilities. Even accessories for your pet are available. Everything clean and in good shape. Blue Spring State Park is only 5 minutes driving. Never had such a great experience on AirBnB before. If this place is available for your stay: just go for it!”
