Just opposite the apartment, there is a nice sports facility with fitness, cross fit, paddle, pool, teaching of various sports and cafeteria. Access is purchased on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Our house is located right in the center of the natural area of Campoamor and surrounded by a pine forest just 7-8 minutes from the beach, just five minutes by car from the famous golf courses in the area and very close to Zenia Boulevard shopping mall. The house has 3 double rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and separate kitchen, laundry room and also outside with a nice private pool, barbecue area and a small garden. The neighborhood is calm and pleasant. Tourist License VT-481433-A.
