The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Sie verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer (mit Schlafsofa), ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (1,60 breit, 2 Matratzen), einer Küche und einem Bad mit Dusche. Das Apartmentgebäude selbst ist gepflegt, wenn auch schon etwas "in die Jahre gekommen". Bringst du einen Hund mit, ist dieser sehr willkommen.

There is a bedroom with a large double bed, the sofa in the living room can be converted into another bed with a handle. The train station is a 5-minute walk away and a bus stop with connections to the surrounding villages, Hambach Castle and the city center is right outside the door. This studio apartment is our newest addition to our little estate. It's perfect for the adventurous, especially hikers and cyclists needing a peaceful place to stay. Our 400 year old estate, originally a winemaker's estate, is located under the Saint Anna Kapella in the charming village of Burrweiler. We are located on the Southern Weinstrasse, the perfect location for hiking, cycling, wine tasting and regional culinary delights.
