Ten minutes by car to the Elbe beach, fifteen minutes to the idyllic Stade, a good hour to Hamburg - with separate access, private balcony and seating in the garden. Most of the furniture comes from antique or junk shops, but the apartment and kitchen are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment (smart TV, Wi-Fi, induction stove, dishwasher and much more).

You will live in a detached wooden house with its own sauna, very elegant shower area and terrace. The room, designed for 2 people, is about 55 m2 and includes a bathroom, a furnished kitchenette, sauna and shower area. Perfect for relaxing. The surroundings are wildly romantic with lots of water, meadows and forests. Dog's are welcome. Our small modern apartment is for guests who want to take a break to explore the Geest, Hamburg, Cuxhaven and everything else near the Elbe. The apartment is a perfect starting point for trips to the Hanseatic city of Stade, Buxtehude or to ride the Elbe Cycle Route. The center of Fredenbeck is about 15 minutes on foot or less than 5 minutes by car. Stade can be reached in 15 minutes by car and Cuxhaven and Hamburg are an hour's drive away.

Our vacation apartment Nordlicht is located in the attic (2nd floor) and has a great view of the Elbe and the nearby orchards. The apartment has a loggia from which the passing ships on the Elbe can be admired. The large skylights also invite you to look at the busy shipping traffic. The dike is in the immediate vicinity and invites you to take a walk. The Elbe cycle path leads directly past the dike.
