We’ve meticulously restored this country cabin with new amenities, a modern aesthetic and blazing fast Fiber optic WiFi. Franklin is an amazing location for exploring the West Catskills and includes many breweries, restaurants, hiking trails and antique shops. We’re 3 miles outside Franklin, 15 minutes from Walton NY and 30 minutes from the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY.

This home is a beautiful mix of cozy and modern. You’ll love cooking in the kitchen and taking in the view from the second story deck. The property is stunning, with wide meadows and dense woods. There are 140 acres to explore and utilize for events like weddings or a retreats. There is a half acre pond with a pond house at the top of the property and a trout stream running along the bottom. It’s everything you could hope for in a Catskills getaway, all nestled overlooking the town of Andes.

Butternut Farm Cottage is an 1880's farmhouse. One and a half story great room with wood burning stove, kitchen, dishwasher; laundry room, two bathrooms and library with TV and Wifi. Lots of natural light. Sound system throughout. Covered porch. Comfortable beds. BBQ grill and fire-pit. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and medium size groups (up to 6). **While not an issue for most some ambient noise from Rt. 17 is heard when outside.

Feeling all at once close to town center and yet completely enveloped in mountaintop thicket, this idyllic perch above Bovina sets the scene for many a cozy adventure - snowshoeing and fireside cider in the winter, and outdoor showers, hiking and porch hanging in the summer. Catskills Cabin Rentals has designed and built one of the most unique places in the Catskills. Located on Lake Albanese is New York's first Over Water Bungalow featuring 2 bedrooms 1.5 bathrooms. The living room has a wood burning fireplace made with handcrafted stone. In front of the fireplace the home has a glass floor to see fish, turtles, frogs, and more! The home is located on 200 acres with only 4 other log cabins.
