Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Deltona

The space was exactly like the pictures. It is small but it was perfect for my husband, myself, and our dog. It is in a beautiful historic district in Orlando.

Great communication skills

This place is better than as described. Clean. Spacious. Safe. conveniently located. Near conveniences like restaurants, the beach, drug stores, grocery stores, gas stations, whatever you could need or want. It’s in a nice building in a decent neighborhood. Hosts promptly responded to our requests regarding check-in time. Nothing ever went wrong while we were there that would have required to contact. But I’m quite sure they would act as promptly as they did before we arrived.

Great location, and just what we were looking for.

My husband and I stayed for a little get away to be close to the coast for some salt water fishing and this was a perfect spot! The Space was very clean, had everything we needed, and actually looked like the pictures that were online. You’ll see from other reviews that the bathroom is small - and yes, it is small, but we managed just fine. It’s perfect for two guests! We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Anna's place was great. The condo was exactly as pictured and clean. The condo was surprisingly quiet for the location. The location was perfect. Within walking distance of downtown Orlando, great restaurants, and Publix. Short drive to the parks. We will be coming back next year!

Lovely place to stay! The ocean is right across the street. There are plenty of beach accessories in the unit. Kitchen and bath were clean and fully upgraded. We would definitely stay here again!

I brought my German family to America/Florida for the first time, and this house exceeded our expectations. They loved the house, pool, walking distance to the beach, and the amazing sea life that swam through the canal (dolphin, turtle, and family of manatees). We had a wonderful visit to Cocoa and this house made them feel at home in our wonderful state. Highly recommend for small family looking for a beach getaway.

This was my first Airbnb experience and what a pleasure it was. It was a home away from home. From moving from out of state, the stay was like being at your own home. Very spacious and had everything you needed. I highly recommend and if ever needed again, will definitely be staying here!!

Carlo was a great host. If you had any problems he was only a phone call or text away and responded immediately. The house was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors friendly. The area has plenty of restaurants and entertainment to choose from. Thanks Carlo for everything we had a wonderful stay.

This was exactly what we were looking for. The place is right on the beach with private access and the beach wasn’t busy at all. The condo was so cute with the beach theme; it was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we could need. We loved sipping coffee on the private balcony while watching the waves and surfers. We had a great time! Everything was as expected and the easy access to the Atlantic was unbeatable! The pool and hot tub were a bonus. The condo was spacious and felt like home to us. We had an easy time getting around the area and enjoyed many local eateries. We spent one full day at Universal and one at Kennedy Space Center. We saw the rescue rocket launch from the beach - so cool! 😎 wish we had another week to explore. Thank you, Monica!

Incredible vacation, was the exact right spot for my family and I to call “home” for a week. Had amazing amenities for my children as well as us as adults. Such a fun time and comfortable! If I was to give one “wish” was just to have a full length mirror somewhere, but that’s just a personal wish. Even without I still would recommend over and over!

The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need for a good stay with the family and is located in a quiet area with easy access to everything. It is close to Disney parks and close to all kinds of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Gary is very diligent, offers clear instructions, and was on the lookout for us to have no issues on arrival.

A slice of paradise! We spent 4 weeks here. Secure building, great location, good free parking, nice pool, sauna and exercise room. The pool was wonderful, and the beach is stunning. Grocery and wine stores under a 5 minute drive. 20 minute drives to 4 public golf courses. Apartment clean, and very comfortable. Great bed, shower and kitchen, highly recommend!
