Located in the heart of a shopping district 10 MINUTES' DRIVE from the train station and the city center of Angers with a bus stop at the foot of the building and free parking nearby.

Charming house, a balcony over the Loire.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

Le Moulin Neuf – Val du Layon

Closed until January for the creation of a group cottage and training venue. Welcome to the heart of the natural and wild site of the Hyrôme Valley, in this independent studio adjoining the Moulin Neuf (16 th century water mill). You can enjoy the terrace by the river Hyrôme, go for a boat ride. Easy access to many hiking trails in the heart of the vineyard. Close to many of the sights; cellar visits. Pets allowed.

Renovated house with quality amenities (2-seater spa bath, traditional Finnish sauna, etc.). Great for a relaxing romantic stay. House located 7 minutes from Angers city center in a quiet, wooded area and 500 m from a park offering beautiful walks. Visitors are not allowed.
