Small, newly renovated apartment in a simple environment in Munich City Ost (Untere Au), which I use during the week for project work in Munich myself and otherwise like to rent out. U-Bahn Kolumbusplatz is 100 m away with direct connections to the city center (Sendlinger Tor = 2 stations, trade fair = 9 stations).
