Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Wohnen in einem alten, idyllischen Berg- Bauernhof, in absoluter Alleinlage. Mit Ausblick auf die Texelgruppe, 700m über dem Talkessel der Stadt Meran, taucht man ein in ein kleines Paradies, abgeschieden und fern vom Alltag. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

Appartamento comodo ed accogliente, immerso nel verde del bellissimo parco del Talvera, con piste ciclabili e meravigliose passeggiate lungo il fiume. Proprio di fronte, troviamo il Museo d’arte moderna e contemporanea. My property is near great views (mountains), Obereggen (Ski+/hikingcenter Latemar 1km) Hiking trails (directly in front of the house) in the UNESCO world cultural heritage Dolomites. You'll love my property because of the fantastic nature. My accommodation is good for couples, families (with children), skiing, hiker, motor-biker, groups and furry friends (+pet 10,-/night and each pet). Only 20 min. away from Bolzano.
