Shopping, gastronomy and cultural offerings are partly within walking distance or quickly accessible by car. Climbing forest K1 is within walking distance. You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

The property is at the end of a dead end road surrounded by forest and meadows. Ideal for hikers and bikers, it starts right outside the door. In the large garden behind the house you can lie in the sun as you please, sit comfortably under the walnut tree, use the sauna (10 for additional costs) or end the day by the campfire!

If you want to hike, cycle or slow down, you are in the right place in Windecker Ländchen. The circus trailer is located on a separate property behind our house on our sheep pasture. Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse).

Es gibt drei Betten, ein großes Bett im Schlafzimmer, ein Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich und ein Doppelbett auf der Empore. Nach einer Wanderung oder einem Tag in Köln (ca.35 Automin. entfernt) kann man hier entspannen und es sich gut gehen lassen!

We like to invite you to our freshly renovated studio appartment in the basement of our house. The full furnished appartment is perfect for your stay in the heart of Bergisch Land. In the living room you can find a kitchen, a working space, a couch for relaxing and a bed size 140 x 200 cm. The accessible bathroom with day light has got a shower, WC, basin and washing machine.

The house is rented exclusively to one or two adults. The former hunting lodge from the 1920s has been restored with preferably traditional building materials. This cozy atmosphere with the flair of a bygone era is the backdrop of your getaway. Inside, antiques and pictures of regional artists meet modern technology. Occasional private use - therefore personally furnished.

Our apartment - with its own entrance - was newly renovated in 2018 and amounts to about 74 sqm. In front of the apartment is a large carport with terrace (garden furniture for 6 people). The equipment includes washing machine, iron, wardrobe, kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, spices, etc., TV, free WiFi.
