Die Ferienwohnung ist 26 qm groß, liegt im Erdgeschoss und ist für 1 Person (höchstens 2) zu vermieten. Sie ist mit einer neuen Küche, Smart-TV, Bett 1,40 m ausgestattet. Sie liegt 35 km südlich von München, 13 km vom Starnberger See und 19 km von der sehenswerten Stadt Bad Tölz entfernt. Die schönen Isarauen sind fußläufig in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Supermarkt in 1 Minute mit dem Auto. Gut ausgebaute Radnetze sind auch vorhanden. Im Nachbarort gibt es S-Bahn Anschluss nach München.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Beautifully located, quiet and unobstructed on the edge of the forest. Facing southwest, there is sun from morning to evening. The sometimes spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmisch Zugspitze and the peaceful secluded location on the edge of the forest create a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories. The modern, lovingly designed apartment was redesigned by a multi-award-winning architectural firm. The car parking space is right in front of the apartment.

My place is close to the city center and nature. You'll love my place because of the mountain view and green meadows. The apartment is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, adventurers, and business travelers. In these special times, we pay even more intensive attention to the cleaning, disinfection and ventilation of the apartment. A day break is paused between the individual reservations ( arrival and departure) in order to have enough time for the measures.

House on the lake with sauna

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

Bright apartment with front garden

Only for 1 or 2 persons (included children) 30 qm apartment (160x200 bed) with a small shower room and a small kitchen in a quiet residential area. New house rule: Guests who have only booked 1 night are only allowed to use the kitchen to make tea or coffee. Use of the kitchen is only possible for stays of 2 nights or more. Unfortunately, many guests leave the kitchen in a state that requires a lot of cleaning and unnecessarily increases costs. I'm sorry!

Beautiful quiet basement apartment (approx. 38 m²) in a rural area (1.5 km to Bad Tölz). Hiking, mountain biking or skiing, all nearby. The nearest supermarket is in Bad Tölz (about 1.5 km). From Bad Tölz, a train runs hourly to Munich Central Station.

Spacious attic apartment for 2-4 people

This is a converted attic with a living room (60 sqm) incl. a sofa bed (140 × 200 cm) and a high-quality kitchen, a separate bedroom with a double bed (140 × 200 cm) and a separate shower room with a toilet. Access is via a separate staircase.

Small attic apartment

Cozy apartment for 2 people consisting of two separate rooms and a small bathroom with bathtub in the attic. Located under the roof, the room height is only 2.00 m. Not perfect for tall guests!
