There's a Lidl supermarket. In our village COOP, as well as a bakery and lokal cheese shop nearby. The railway station is a 5-10 mins walk away. We look forward to welcoming you personally! The apartment, with a separate entrance, belongs to a family house and is located at the village entrance on the Zug-Ägeri route (directly at the Spinnerei bus stop). In the nearby village center, you will find all the shops. The Ägerisee and the Schützen recreational area offer a variety of possibilities. Facilities: 1x double bed (160x200 cm), kitchen with ceramic stovetop, oven and refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, milk frother, sufficient dishes and pans available.

As well as the bedroom, dining area, fully functioning kitchen and walk-in shower, you also have your own outdoor lounge area, ultra-fast fiber internet, TV box, Nespresso machine .....and if you like fresh eggs for breakfast from one of our 8 hens!

Comfortable stay in a historic house

This 2.5-room apartment close to the city with free parking is very quiet in a cul-de-sac and surrounded by greenery. It is only a 3-minute walk to the bus and 5 minutes to the lake promenade. The city of Lucerne can be reached in 8 minutes or completely on foot along the popular lake promenade in about 15 minutes. The house is older, but the decor is modern or partly new. We attach great importance to cleanliness and hygiene so that you feel comfortable.

Oasis in the middle of the city

The decor is bright, modern and cozy. The sleeping area has a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The work and dining area is bright and overlooks the front garden. The small seating area is for exclusive use. The studio is centrally located in the city. The railway line is within sight of the studio. The trains run slowly, but are audible. From midnight onwards, no more trains run and the night's rest is guaranteed.

You live in a lovely furnished apartment with antiques from the 19th century, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a modern bathroom and a comfortable queen size bed (160x200cm). There is a splendid view on Mount Pilatus, the Alps and the whole valley. Despite the stunning nature nearby, you reach the city of Lucerne or the valley station of Mt Pilatus within a short bus ride.

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.

On our farm there is a beautiful and bright duplex apartment which we make available to our guests. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom (spacious shower with toilet) and 2 bedrooms that can accommodate 4 people. The apartment also has a large balcony (25 m²). Our farm is about 2 km from the village (car is an advantage).
