D'environ 70m2, elle est composée d'un salon, d'une cuisine équipée, d'une SDB avec toilettes séparés. A l'étage, deux chambres : 1 avec un lit double et 1 autre avec 3 lits simples. Entièrement indépendante avec son accès privé. La salle de sport, l'espace bien-être et salle de jeux sont situés dans la maison principale, accessibles par le jardin.

Charming Norman house, renovated with a lot of taste. I really like the decoration, the house is renovated but I kept as many old materials as possible. Expect a journey through time, with modern comforts. Large garden with swimming pool heated to 28 degrees, the pool is open from April to September depending on the weather. The beach is 15 minutes walking. A large comfortable living room will allow you to enjoy your trip. A billiard room is available upstairs.

On the first and second floors, three bedrooms (double beds of 1.60 and 1.80 m – or two single beds – in the two large bedrooms, single bed 80 x 180 and baby bed in the small one). From the artisanal village of Guillaume le Conquerant and the old halls, where the famous and very popular market takes place on Saturday morning. You also have the fish market open every day on the port. The sea is a 15-minute walk and 3-minute drive away. You have a small garden, two terraces, barbecue, and parking available.
