In March 2018, we restored the interior of the home of the painter Jean Dries, who lived in this magnificent building from 1936 to 1961. We restored it and divided it into 3 apartments. You will be on the 1st floor without elevator access with a great view... Apartment of about 50 m2 with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. In the heights of the Ste Catherine district, a 5-minute walk from the Vieux Bassin, the historic district and the city center.

This newly refurbished studio is ideally located. Beachfront residence, you have direct access to the beach and the Marcel Proust promenade. 10 minutes' walk is enough to access the casino and the Rue de la Mer where there are various restaurants. You also have a mini golf 3 minutes away. Travel light, sheets and towels are included in the price, you don't need to bring anything🙂. Arrival and departure times are flexible, please let me know🙂.
