Welcome to our beautiful house in Port Guillaume, completely renovated, full of charm and perfectly equipped to accommodate up to 4 people. The charm of the city centers of Dives sur Mer, Cabourg and Houlgate is within walking distance. The sea can be reached in 10 min on foot thanks to a pleasant pedestrian/bicycle path along the Dives. From 6/1 to 9/30 access to a heated pool in the condo residence. It is located 20 m from the accommodation. Sheets and linen provided upon request.

The sunny terrace is enclosed by hedges. Very quiet, the pedestrian towpath, allows walks along the Dives. Premium services with a fully equipped kitchen and every comfort. The private, unheated swimming pool, sun terrace and pool cover are available to residents for 5 months of the year (open from 15/05 to 15/09).

Measuring approximately 70 m², it comprises a living room, a fitted kitchen, and a bathroom with a separate toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and 1 other with 3 single beds. Fully self-contained with private access. The gym, wellness area and games room are located in the main house and can be accessed via the garden.

You also have the fish market open every day on the port. The sea is a 15-minute walk and 3-minute drive away. You have a small garden, two terraces, barbecue, and parking available.
