Welcome to our lovely house in Port Guillaume completely renovated, full of charm and perfectly equipped to accommodate up to 4 people. The charm of downtown Dives sur mer, Cabourg and Houlgate is within walking distance. The sea can be reached in 10 min on foot thanks to a pleasant pedestrian/cycling route along the Dives. From 1/6 to 30/09 access to a heated swimming pool in the condominium residence. It is 20m from the property. Sheet and linen provided upon request.

Guests have access to the swimming pool (15 June-15 September) and tennis court of the residence, as well as a double garage in the basement.

Very close to the center of Deauville, with nearby bakery, restaurants, grocery store..., 900 meters from the sea, immediate proximity to the Touques racecourse and the famous Villa Strassburger. Jacuzzi, sauna and swimming pool area closed every Sunday and Monday morning + annual closure in January.

Charming Normandy house, renovated with a lot of taste. I love the decor, the house is renovated but I kept as many old materials as possible. Expect a journey through time, with modern comforts. Large garden with swimming pool heated to 28 degrees, the pool is open from April to September depending on the weather. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. A large, comfortable stay will allow you to enjoy your trip. A pool room is available upstairs.

Linens provided at extra cost. A protocol is in place to ensure cleaning and disinfection between each new reservation.
