Monthly Rentals in Dodges Ferry

A lovely and very well priced stay in the beachside town of Dodges Ferry. Local shop has good variety of food if you forget something from Sorell supermarket, also a daily supply of fresh bread from yummy Hobart bakeries. The local cafes near Park Beach serve decent coffee, and the beaches are lovely in all weather. The main bedroom is lovely but very light in the mornings if you are a light sleeper, also no wall between main bedroom and kitchen/lounge area- very open and airy which has its pros and cons. Not a problem, just something to be aware of as may not suit everyone. Excellent sunken 'den' and room with double bed, which our teen loved. We visited in Autumn and had a lot of fun, would be a great place to stay at in summer too. We would would stay here again if looking for accommodation in the area.

Angela's place was a wonderful warm and welcoming place for our family to stay over Easter. The sunsets over the water and into the living room were divine! we really loved hanging in the living room and on the front deck watching the birds and boats and listening to the gentle waves. the kitchen was well-equipped for a large group and we enjoyed cooking there. The house had a lovely family feel with extra touches like linen doonas and throws and fresh flowers in vases. there are interesting walks and lookouts and good coffee near by!

Just excellent, better than described. Everything was beyond expectations and Vicki was an exceptional host.

Piers is a real hidden gem. We loved our stay- it was the perfect place to unwind and relax. We swam, fished, rode bikes, rock hopped and relaxed by the fire in the evening. The fire place kept Piers toasty and warm- the perfect place to curl up after a day out. We came to explore the Tasman peninsula but found ourselves eager to come home to Piers. We ate dinner at the Dodgers Ferry Tavern. The service was welcoming, meals were generous and the place was very kid friendly. One of the best parts was falling asleep to the gentle waves crashing on the shore- you cannot beat the location- it’s magic!
