La Maison Corbionne is located in Condé-sur-Huisne, in the heart of the Perche Regional Nature Park. We put our heart in a very green decoration. The house is ideal for 6/8 people, with its three double bedrooms (160 x 200 cm beds) and the attic (2 single 80 x 190 cm beds). In winter, the fireplace and the large living room will offer you a good moment of cocooning, In summer, you'll love the large 3,000 m² garden with a stream and a heated swimming pool (open from May to September, weather permitting)!

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Accommodation capacity: 9 adults, 1 child and 3 babies (extra bed and 3 cot beds available on request).

In the heart of the countryside, 2 hours 15 minutes from Paris, this charming little house from 1821 is located on the La Garencière estate. Our property is a former farmhouse and its outbuildings have been converted into 5 independent cottages, in a natural, quiet setting surrounded by the forest with a lovely view of Champfleur. You will stay in a house independent of ours, enjoy a terrace adjoining the accommodation and can enjoy our entire garden, play areas...

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

A double bed and a single bed on the mezzanine. Upstairs : a bedroom with 2 single beds pushed together, a bathroom. Ideal for a quiet romantic stay in the countryside. Manoir du Bois Joly - Gite du Fournil

The Manoir "Bois Joly" dates from the beginning of the 16th century. Next to Nogent-le-Rotrou (2 kms), it is in the middle of fields, meadows and woods. In the 19th, it becomes a big farm of Perche. He is then known for his important breeding Percheron horses. Since 1985, we restore it in the respect of the architecture and traditional techniques of Perche.

The house is furnished with second-hand furniture, a little retro. You enter the living/dining room on the ground floor and after 3 steps you access the kitchen and the bathroom. The place is interesting for its green, wooded, shaded and private environment. It is 5 km from a small town with all the shops and a leisure base with a lake.
