Within walking distance you can reach the main train station, the Westfalenstation, the Thiergalerie, the shopping street and the Westpark. The apartment is located in a quiet side street in the beautiful Klinik-Kreuzviertel. Shoping and restaurants can be reached until the late evening hours. The apartment offers a bath with shower, a living-bedroom, a tea coffee corner and a separate entrance.

The apartment is in an absolutely central location, 10 minutes' walk to the Westfalenhalle, the soccer stadium or the city. A supermarket is in the immediate vicinity. It is also possible to rent a parking space in the courtyard. If necessary, it is possible to rent two bicycles to get from point A to point B even faster.

Take it easy at this unique creative getaway. The studio offers plenty of space on 2 levels to unwind. In the lower part, you are directly connected to the cultural landscape. The studio itself displays works by the sculptor Achim Tausch. In the upper area, the Ruhr culture can be felt with its means of transport and the traveling “street art.” This part was used to live the process-oriented part of painting. Occasionally you can still see the traces of the painting.
