Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, close to Lake Geneva, YVOIRE, THONON-LES-BAINS, EXCENEVEX and its sandy beach, GENEVA and the mountains - (Les GETS, MORZINE, CHATEL, LES LINDARETS-Village des CHEVRES. For leisure, you can go to the small DOUVAINE cinema or a CINE LEMAN type UGC about ten km away on THONON. You will find a Bowling alley with video games and multiple pool tables. In winter, the family resort of HIRMENTAZ is 40 minutes away and AVORIAZ is 1 hour away.

You have more than 150 m2 of fully equipped and personalized spaces with the unique furniture that I create. Ideal for family gatherings or recharging your batteries, you will be disconnected from the world. The rental includes a pool table, a jacuzzi, a large garden, many books, board games, a video projector...

Beautiful cozy and bright apartment with equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a well exposed balcony with access from the living room or bedroom, to relax and enjoy the sun. For a stay between lake and mountain, our apartment is located a few minutes from the beach (Tougues), 8 min drive from the Swiss border, 10 min from the village of Yvoire, 20 min from the center of Geneva and Thonon-les-Bains, 40 min from the ski resorts, Annecy and 1 hour from Chamonix.

The apartment has just been renovated and refurbished, it consists of a bedroom with double bed 140 x 190 (bedding changed in 2025) a bathroom with bathtub, a living room/kitchen with views of nature and the lake. The kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped. Basic products are available so you don't have to run to the store or clutter your suitcases. You have the option to park at the house upon your arrival and park 1 min walk away

Charming guest house with a beautiful view of Lake Geneva, 20 minutes from the village of Yvoire and Geneva, and 30 minutes from the nearest ski resorts. Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential and rural area, it enjoys a very quiet environment. Located in Loisin, France, a car is essential to get to the accommodation, and to explore the region. NB: No TV, heating limited to 21°C, and trampoline out of service until 2026.

The studio has a bathroom, a fitted kitchen, a cozy seating area with its pellet stove and a nice space for your meals. On sunny days you can enjoy the private balcony. The apartment offers a magnificent view of Lake Geneva and the Alps. Possibility to visit the estate.

This tree house, a true haven of peace in the heart of the Jura mountains, will bring you a total change of scenery if you like tranquility, isolated but not too much, the sound of the alpine horns and the birdsong will be your morning alarm clock. A cozy nest in the middle of the forest. Equipped with electricity but no running water, a good way to learn to use it sparingly, a hot shower outdoors is nevertheless possible,

Hi there, thanks for checking out our little chalet in the woods :) If you like nature, this is the place to be. Spot wild dear, go skiing, hiking, take our snowshoes on an adventure, or simply come and relax in our wood powered hot-tub. The chalet is cozy and modern, open plan with a nice fire to sit by. It's ideal for 2, but 4 people can also fit. With 2 outside terraces you can have breakfast and dinner in the sun.
