Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Downtown Chicago

I recently booked for my birthday and everything was wonderful ! It was exactly how it was listed. Luis was quick with responses and made us feel right at home ! I’m definitely going to book again.

we LOVED staying here! Very beautiful home in a very beautiful neighborhood. Great amount of space with plenty of beds. The setup of the house was really cool. Very Chicago like. The neighborhood was gorgeous and we could walk to our brunch location. Parking is not included, but our host recommended a couple of places on a parking app which we used. It wasn't horrible but it definitely could have been cleaned better. There was old urine on the upstairs toilet seat and on the outside of the toilet. Lots of dust on the fan in the upstairs bedroom, and the kitchen counters felt like they had been barely wiped down. That being said, I easily cleaned the toilet and everything else was tolerable. We had fun here! Perfect for a girl's get together! Thanks for having us!

We really enjoyed our stay. Lakesha was very friendly & responded promptly to any questions that we had. She gave us great suggestions on places to visit & things to eat. She even sent up a bottle of wine for my boyfriend's birthday. Very thoughtful & pleasant! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone :)

Work great for us and 2 children. Plenty of space and easy access. Parking was not an issue at all, either out front on W. North Ave or on Bell Ave (free). Train station was a short walk to the blue line into Chicago. Close to family so we'd stay here again for ease of access to blue-line, airport, parking, etc. Bedrooms were also quite and we did not hear any noise from the streets.

This place has amazing views. The host was easily reachable and showed such great hospitality. Words can't describe how wonderful this stay was. I will definitely be staying here for my next visit to Chicago. I highly recommend booking this wonderful place for your Chicago stay

A great unit with stunning views, the building also has a coffee shop in the building/ a cafe with breakfast/ lunch. Friendly building staff. And like I said, the apartment is spacious, well appointed for cooking your own meals, very nice entertainment system with TVs and Bluetooth sound (Sonos audio) - stylish and modern furniture - and comfortable - I would definitely come back!

Kathy’s place is exactly as advertised. It’s a beautiful unit, beautifully decorated, with plenty of space for relaxing. The kitchen is excellent - it’s a great place to spend the morning. But there are also any number of excellent coffee shops and cafes less than a 10-minute walk away, and it’s a beautiful neighborhood to walk through. Kathy is responsive and friendly, and goes out of her way to make sure things are right. This is our second time with her and I sure hope there will be a third before long.

Mrs Jackie was a wonderful person to meet she was like another mother to me. She was very helpful and made you feel right at home. She gave her residents privacy you wouldn’t even know she was there but was there if we had any concerns or questions taught us some history about her home and herself the stay was so quiet and peaceful I didn’t want to leave! The parking was great the area was beautiful and it was about 45 minutes from the city which was still a wonderful drive to site see. Mrs. Jackie made me feel welcome coming and when it was time to go. If you were religious she had a place you can read the word or pray even if you wanted to go outside on the deck just beautiful. Kitchen was open if you wanted to cook instead of eating out as long as you cleaned up after yourself theater was amazing felt like you were really at the movies. Jacuzzi was nice at night and peaceful. I highly recommend your stay here she was an awesome and amazing host. When I come back this is the spot!

Go ahead and book it! It looks just like the pics, if not better (which is hard to come by on Airbnb these days). Very clean, extremely spacious, super responsive hosts. I actually want to book in the summer to experience the outside part of the house, it’s so beautiful! We booked it for a bachelorette and it served its purpose and beyond. The area is perfect, we didn’t travel more than 15 mins for anything and we went to many different places and neighborhoods. They also don’t have a laundry list of exit items to do, which is nice. They do have a potty seat in one of the bathrooms and a travel crib, but I don’t think this place is for small kids. The way the stairs are structured and the amount of stairs would have had me on edge if my child was there.

I've stayed in a lot of Airbnb's, & dont even have words to describe how much i loved staying here. Two friends & i were in town for a wedding & looking for someplace warm, relaxing, and away from all of the commotion. We could not possibly have chosen better. The house had everything we needed, & was so beautifully decorated -- the pictures do not do it justice. The only thing more lovely than the house was the garden -- it is this perfect little Eden. Gleatha was helpful, flexible, responded at once to questions, and checked in a couple of times, which was so much appreciated. I seriously wanted her to be my best friend by the end of the trip. We did not have time to explore the neighborhood, but the parts we did see were safe and lovely. Also much closer to downtown than we expected. This is not a house to which i would bring small children, as some of the decor is fragile. For everyone else, you would be fortunate indeed to stay here. Thank you again, Gleatha.

This is our 2nd time in a year that we stayed at Kelly’s. We were here in the summer & enjoyed the lovely deck. At Christmas we especially enjoyed the gathering spaces on the 1st floor & projection room downstairs!

Love the place, everything was as I expected, kids enjoy the movie theater so great for the price

Comfortable stay and such a fun play area in the basement! Our kids had a blast. The kitchen was easy to cook in for a large group

This stay was nothing short of amazing. A great, clean, and updated apartment in a great neighborhood. The host was very responsive, gave recommendations, and answered all questions quickly. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone looking for a great stay in Wrigleyville.

It’s clear Francis wants the experience to be fun and it is. Cool extras with the Polaroids, Christmas tree, projector in the BR… nice balcony with a view.

Great studio apartment with very friendly neighbors in a great neighborhood with amazing restaurants. Walking distance to Andersonville, a neighborhood with antique book stores, oddity shops, enough to keep you busy all day. Perfect location. I will stay there again.
