Monthly Rentals in Downtown San Diego

Where to begin….we are a retired couple who visits San Diego several times a year to see children and grandchildren. The apartment is in a secure building in Little Italy. Easily walkable to the harbor, Seaport Village, restaurants, the farmers market and many other places. Easy access to the 5, about a 15 minute drive to Mission Beach or Coronado. The unit itself is on an upper floor with a great view from the floor to ceiling windows. It’s a perfect size for two people. Our host was very friendly, professional, and responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again!

Second time renting from Vivian and just like the first time everything was seamless. Perfect location for military if you work on NASNI base!

We stayed two months in this beautiful condo. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. I had adaily beautiful view to recover from knee surgery. We were pleased with how quiet the unit was. My daughter took advantage of the gym. The staff were so kind and welcoming at all times. And very helpful. This is a place worth every penny. There are multiple good restaurants in the area. My mobility was limited, but I'm familiar with downtown. Don't scroll pass this beautiful place. Thank you Hersit!
