Newly remodeled centrally located garden level mother in law studio in Central District. Private entrance and unit is completely separated from the upstairs home. 1 block from Swedish Cherry Hill Hospital, 2 blocks from Seattle U and a 10 minute walk to the heart of Capitol Hill. Coffee shops, international restaurants and beer gardens sprinkled throughout the neighborhood. *Plentiful free parking in front of home. Pass provided. *We do our own cleaning, so intentionally keep the fee low.

Awesome Apt. Near Seattle Center & Amazon Campus.

Near Seattle Center (see events, section below). Amazon, Key Arena, Gates Foundation & Chihuly Glass Museum are at the bottom of the hill. We're at the top facing south near the primary view lookout. Space Needle, Seattle skyline, Mount Rainier, Sunrise & Sunset views nearby. Atop a private home in a quiet neighborhood with a very good walk score. Many restaurants (some among the most highly rated) & coffee shops withinin short walking distance. Downtown (15min) bus stop is one short block away.

At the top of Capitol Hill, my home hosts a self contained private studio ~310 sq ft. with your own private front door, queen bed, small kitchen, 3/4 bath and back deck with koi pond viewing. Enjoy short walks to shops and restaurants all around Capitol Hill and/or walk or take the light rail to downtown Seattle. Free parking is provided in the Diamond Parking Lot right around the corner from the house (about 100 feet away). You are welcome to use the driveway for loading and unloading.
