Monthly Rentals in Downtown Seattle

If you ever need to stay in downtown Seattle you’d be hard pressed to find a better apartment than Vince’s. The views out the floor to ceiling windows over Puget Sound to snow capped mountains was always breathtaking. The convenience to everything was amazing. Pike Place Markets are right next door. So many great places to eat and the convenience of a Target in the same building was great. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms which we loved and the views from the balcony were incredible. Even when it was cold outside Vince’s is always warm and inviting. Nothing was too much trouble and communication was very prompt and courteous. I would happily stay again when I’m next in Seattle. Thanks Vince!

This place was exactly what I needed at a decent price. I will definitely be back when I’m in the Seattle area again! Loved the modern feel and having a balcony to get fresh air! It was very walkable to everything. Matched the description and pictures.

Beautiful condo with Beautiful views out every window! Centrally located right in middle of pioneer square neighborhood, could walk everywhere to see sites of Seattle. One of the best supplied airbnb’s as well. We had a wonderful time!

We really enjoyed the space and felt right at home. We felt like we could stay for so much longer than our trip. Everything was clean and the hosts were responsive and friendly. We walked over to La Parisienne French Bakery every morning and fell in love with the area! Also, we recommend TeKu Tavern for a fun atmosphere. The location is perfect. So much very close to us, including a Walgreens, grocery store, the monorail, Space Needle, MOPOP, and more. It is a 15 minute but nice walk to the light rail at Nordstrom, where there is also ample shopping and restaurants. Not far from Nordstrom, you can get to the busy and fun Pike’s Place area. Be ready for the hills, but it is all walkable. We quickly fell in love with it all and highly recommend this space and the area.
